45 ml. Geranium Premium London Dry Gin
25 ml. mathieuteisseire_nl Creme de Violet
20 ml. homemade syrup mix of CATZ Gin , fresh Raspberries, Elderflower, Violet, and sugar.
10 ml. Fresh Lemon Juice
3 leaves lemon verbena
Food pairing
Avocado puree with grated pure chocolate, orange zest, puffed rice, and violet flower.
