The National Cocktail Competition is won by Henny van der Sluis with his cocktail 'Tina' and Frans Pool wins the National Longdrink Competition with Mistress. Where I wonder if Frans's mistress is called Tina, but that is of a completely different order.

Blend with ice (always Hoshizaki Benelux ice!!)

15 ml Boomsma Vlierbessenjenever
10 ml Rum (we prefer Don Papa)
35 ml Mata Hari
30 ml Grapefruit Juice
Shake and top up with 7-Up (we prefer London Essence Lemonade)
