Karel van de Kuinder from the Dorint Cocagne Hotel in Eindhoven became the winner of the 20th National longdrink Competition at the Elysee Beach Hotel in Zandvoort.
His creation; Bumper.
10 ml Bacardi Superior (we prefer Don Papa)
15 ml Pisang Ambon
10 ml Bootz Peach (we prefer De Kuyper)
20 ml mathieuteisseire_nl Orgeat syrup
15 ml fresh lemonjuice
Fill up with orange/passion juice
Blend and garnish with Kumquat, wintercarrot and mint
Then there is the 32th National Cocktail Competition in the RAI, which Werner Pomian (Golden Tulip Barbizon Schiphol) wins with his cocktail Golden Tulip:
20 ml Peachtree
7 ml Creme de Bananas (we prefer De Kuyper)
7 ml Southern Comfort
4 ml Passion Syrup (we prefer mathieuteisseire_nl)
15 ml fresh orange juice
Shake and garnish with Revolutioncherry orange and stervrucht
