Today we look back at 2010!
The year the first I-pad was sold, Ke$ha was No1 with the song "Tik Tok". Lady Gaga wore the legendary meat dress, and Katy Perry sang "California Girls".
Basically one, big, class act!
To top it all off, our very own Competition Secretary Dave Mulder wins the National Championship representing MOMO. It was held at the Westcord Fashion Hotel; I was there myself to witness Dave perform this miraculous drink, and show stopping garnish!
"Kiss the Bride", now we all can, plus we get a nice piece of the cake in liquid form. Chapeau, Dave!
Kiss the bride
20 ml Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
25 ml Mozart White Chocolate liqueur
17 ml Monin Elderflower (we prefer Mathieu Teisseire)
3 ml Monin Maple Syrup
5 ml fresh lemon juice
1 lemongrass sprig
Muddle, shake and double strain in Martini Glass
Garnish with Vanilla pod covered in white chocolate, Macadamia and vanilla grains.
