We look back at 1985, when the first Mobile phone call is made and the song "We are the World" is released. The first internet domain is claimed -symbolics.com- and Super Mario is released for the NES.

The year "Back to the Future" came out, as well as Windows 1.0.

A lot of firsts it seems, as well as the first time we saw such eagerness in this year's mention!

Representing the Amsterdam Sonesta Hotel, currently known as the Renaissance Hotels Amsterdam, Jos Kortlevers wins the 27th National championship at the RAI with his

"Leche de Pantera" or "Panter's Milk".

My mind only conjures up images of Charlie Sheen's

"Tiger's blood" when thinking about a possible inspiration for the name of the drink, or perhaps it is a reference to brands such as "Dulce de Leche"? If the creator could weigh in that would be great!

Leche De Pantera

15 ml Gin (we prefer Crafter's Wild Forest)

15 ml Crème de Cassis (we prefer De Kuyper)

10 ml Crème de Bananes (we prefer De Kuyper)

10 ml Mango syrup (Teisseire Professional)

10 ml Cream

Shake and fine strain in martini glass. Garnish with Cherry and Pineapple leaf.
